This memo serves as official notice that the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is pleased to announce a new online system that can be used to complete the facility license and/or certification process for Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs), Adult Family Homes (AFHs), Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCACs), and Adult Day Care providers.
