This memo replaces DQA Memo 15-007 and provides regulatory information regarding the development of fire watch procedures, fire planning, and mandated reporting of a fire event. These facilities include adult day care centers (ADCs), adult family homes (AFHs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), community-based residential facilities (CBRFs), end stage renal disease providers (ESRDs), facilities serving people with developmental disabilities (FDDs), hospices, hospitals, nursing homes (NHs), and residential care apartment complexes (RCACs).
