Online License and Certification Continuation Process
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is pleased to announce a new online system that can be used to complete the facility license and/or certification process for Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs), Adult Family Homes (AFHs), Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCACs), and Adult Day Care providers.
The new online process is very similar to the current paper process with an email replacing the paper notice to providers, online entry replacing the paper biennial/annual report, and online payment taking the place of writing and mailing in checks to pay license continuation fees.
