*Please note that while the Whatcom County Superior Court cannot provide legal advice, we can help you with the general process and point you in the right direction so that your claim form can be filed on time.
Did you hear? The Court extended the date to file claims and submit any changes to June 1, 2027. But why wait to file when there will be fewer opportunities to meet with court personnel for help as we get closer to next year? See below for opportunities to get help with filing or examples of how to file your claim form at home.

Whatcom Superior Court has two e-file stations available to support individuals filing claims. The e-file stations are located in the Court Administration office at 311 Grand Ave, Suite 501, Bellingham, WA 98225.
Individuals who need technology assistance (e-file, guide and file, general email or computer assistance) may schedule a time to work with a staff member. Please remember staff cannot provide legal advice and they will not be able to answer questions on how to fill out your claim form. They CAN assist with navigating technology and computer systems. They can also refer you to available resources to support you in filling out your claim form. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your claim form, please reach out to our office at the number or e-mail address below or setup an appointment to review technological issues with a staff member.
