REMINDER: Mountlake Terrace Freeway Station closed today through late November

Starting today, Monday, July 6, the Mountlake Terrace Freeway Station will be closed for approximately four-and-a-half months to allow for light rail construction on the Lynnwood Link Extension. ST Express routes 511, 512 and 513 and Community Transit routes 410, 413, 415 and 435 will no longer serve the freeway station during this time.

During this closure, riders can travel to and from downtown Seattle on a free temporary shuttle service. This new route will operate as ST Express Route 508 – Mountlake Terrace Shuttle, and you can find the schedule here.

Riders heading to Seattle can board at Bay 3 on 236th Street SW. In the southbound direction, the shuttle will serve stops along Stewart Street and 5th Avenue. Riders heading to Mountlake Terrace can catch the northbound shuttle along 4th Avenue and Olive Way.
