Link light rail service is interrupted south of Rainier Beach Station

Link light rail is currently experiencing a service interruption south of Rainier Beach Station due to mechanical issues requiring single track operations.  

Trains are operating in both directions between University of Washington and Rainier Beach stations. Riders continuing through Rainier Beach Station will transfer trains to continue to Tukwila International Boulevard Station, SeaTac Airport Station and Angle Lake Station.

Until further notice, board or exit all Link service on the northbound platforms between Angle Lake and Rainier Beach Stations, and expect possible delays.

Please use caution on all Link platforms.

This temporary transfer is in addition to the Connect 2020 transfer at Pioneer Square Station.
