Rider Alert: ST Express bus rerouting this evening - Anticipate delays

ST Express bus riders should anticipate significant delays through the evening commute today, Thursday November 8. There is a Free Speech March starting at Cal Anderson Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. ending at the Federal Building on 2nd Ave and Madison St. There is also a Sounders FC game at 7:30 p.m.

The Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel will be closed to buses for the start of the March from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Link light rail will continue in the transit tunnel with normal service.

ST Express 550 will be routed to surface street stops and all other ST Express buses that normally use 2nd Ave will be rerouted onto 3rd Ave from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. this evening. Routing information will be posted online shortly on the Rider Alerts page.
