Memorial Day
Memorial Day is a time of solemn remembrance and gratitude for those who gave their lives in service to our country. This year, I had the privilege of attending the Arlington Memorial Day Parade alongside local veterans, fellow elected officials, and community members.
The annual parade and ceremonies remind us of the cost of our freedom and the men and women who paid that price. I penned a guest commentary for some of our local papers reflecting on Memorial Day, which you can read here.
