Canvassing Board to Meet for Recount

The Snohomish County Canvassing Board will meet on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 8:15 a.m. to authorize elections staff to conduct a recount for the U.S. Representative Congressional District 2 race from the August Primary. The number of votes between the second and third highest vote getters merits a hand recount of the ballots. The recount preparations will commence on Monday, August 27 with actual recounting anticipated to begin on Thursday, August 30.
