Case Counts in Skagit County

Skagit currently has a case rate of 39.1 per 100k over the last 14 days and a hospitalization rate of 1.5 COVID patients per 100k over the last seven days.

Vaccines in Skagit County

As of July 10^th, 152,498 vaccine doses have been administered in Skagit County. 64.1% of all Skagitonians 12 years and older are at least partially vaccinated against COVID-19.  

If you’re looking for a vaccine provider near you, the best place to start is your local pharmacy! Nearly all chain and neighborhood pharmacies carry the COVID-19 vaccine at this point, and many accept walk-ups! For a full list, go to: https://vaccinelocator.doh.wa.gov/.

Have you ever wondered what you should be doing with your used sharps? For household-generated sharps waste, Skagitonians have a few options!

The best way to dispose of sharps is by using a mail-order, FDA-cleared sharps container. When purchasing this type of container, people can mail back their full containers to the mail-order service that the container was purchased from.
