Seattle Municipal Court Welcomes Seattle Youth Employment Program Summer Interns

This summer, SMC will be welcoming two Seattle Youth Employment Program interns for the first time ever. We are excited to offer these interns the opportunity to gain experience in community engagement, resource navigation, and event planning. Our two interns will be contributing to our Community Resource Day efforts.

What is the SYEP Internship Program?
Participants aged 16 to 24 are placed in professional, paid work settings within city departments, community-based organizations, or private sector. They will apply their knowledge, gain hands-on experience, develop professional connections, and build their resume in this seven-week program. Learn more here.


Community Resource Day - Two Months Away

Community Resource Day has about 31 confirmed providers and 8 tentative ones.

Please join us as an event support provider! The resource fair will run from 10 AM to 3 PM on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Rainier Community Center.

Amara Family Resource Center's Summer Resource Fair

Amara’s Family Resource Center is hosting a free Summer Resource Fair  from 11 AM - 3 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2026, at their Seattle campus office. Families are invited to join us for connection to free resources in the community. Free activities for kids! Our office at 3505 S. Juneau St. can be reached by Sound Transit Link Light Rail, 1 Line, Columbia City stop. It can also be reached by the King County Metro 106 bus.

The event is from 2 PM to 5 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Amara's Seattle Office.

Puget Sound Health Women Veteran's Health Resource Fair

This health resource fair will go from 10 AM to 2 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Seattle VA Medical Center.

Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle's Summer Resource Fair - Tabling Opportunity

On SaturdayAug. 8, 2026, Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle will host its Summer Resource Festival “For the Culture” at Rainier Beach Community Center

ULMS is looking for colleges, companies, and community resource partners to help table their event. Organizations and support providers can send their tabling interest to Maisha Houston, Director of Human Resources, at mhouston@urbanleague.org.
