With the busy spring season just around the corner, we are focusing on improving our contractor matchmaking service. If you want to participate in contractor matchmaking in 2026, we need you to:

  1. Make sure your information is up-to-date
  2. Confirm that you want to be actively matched with potential customers!

If you want to stay on our active contractor matchmaking list, please fill out the form linked below by Valentine’s Day! When you are matched with customers, we ask you to respond to customer emails within a week, even if just to say "we'll be in touch soon!"

(Note: We appreciate that your profile information may not have changed, but we still need everyone to confirm their information. If you already confirmed your details following our December newsletter, thank you! No need for any further action.)

Getting to Know Our Outreach Partners

Dirt Corps logo features shovel, trees, and a circle that reads "Green Infrastructure, Restoration, Training"

DIRT Corps has been a partner organization since the beginning of RainWise, providing expert contractor training, mentoring, design input, and outreach support.

Sustainable Ballard supports the program with residential customer outreach, including delivering our contractor matchmaking service. If you’ve attended a customer workshop or a community tabling event where RainWise is present you’ve likely met them.

Garden Hotline logo features a green maple leaf with a red ladybug on it

The Garden Hotline fields phone calls and offers web-chat services on our behalf so that potential customers can easily reach out with questions. They are quite knowledgeable on RainWise so can answer questions, or direct customers to the right place to get the information and support they need.

ECOSS helps connect immigrant, refugee, and other disadvantaged communities with RainWise, including providing language access and other support to remove barriers to participation.

Seattle 2030 District logo features green and black text with a silhouette of the Seattle skyline inside one of the 0's

Seattle 2030 District is a partnership between government, business, and community stakeholders. This organization is helping us deliver ‘big roof’ projects in both residential and commercial contexts.

Two other folks to know who support RainWise outreach:

Sonja Sivesind with Roots & Rivers also conducts Big Roof Outreach, and works primarily with schools, community centers, churches, and other community organizations.

Lauren Taylor supports digital engagement - if you've ever joined a customer webinar, you will have met her there! She also works on our website content and social media, and works on the online contractor training course.
