Did You Know? Steps to Resolving an SMC Warrant

If you have a warrant in your case, you can schedule a hearing to ask a judge to recall ("quash") the warrant.

Hearings can be done in person, virtually (over Zoom), or by phone.

It is encouraged to contact an attorney to help schedule a hearing. Otherwise, if not represented, scheduling your own warrant will require a 'Motion to Quash Warrant Form'; more information is in the link below.

Lake Washington Institute of Technology Hosts Community Resource Fair

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) is hosting a Community Resource Fair on their campus. This resource fair will be a public event open to students and the community. There will be resources on housing, food, healthcare, DSHS, employment resources, and more.

This event is from 10 AM to 1 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Registration is encouraged.

The Northwest Immigration Rights Project (NWIRP) has compiled a variety of your rights flyers and resources from other immigration focused nonprofit organizations as well as their own.

NWIRP has also published their own Know Your Rights presentation packed with important advice and review of  (available in Spanish and Portuguese).
