We informed this Seattle Renters' Commission email list at the end of May about the Anti-Displacement Resource Fair on June 14th. We are following up with a reminder and more details about the event below:
Councilmember Mark Solomon (District 2) and the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods are hosting an Anti-Displacement Resource Fair on June 14 to spotlight resources and programs that will prevent displacement and keep communities rooted in their neighborhoods. Over a dozen City departments and non-profits will be there to educate and answer questions. Interpretation will be available in Oromo, Somali, and Vietnamese.

This event is for people who are struggling to afford housing or are worried about having to move out of their neighborhood.
Community members can connect with local organizations and City departments offering free support, including:
- Rental assistance
- Utility discount programs
- Home repair help
- Homeownership resources
- And more!
Light refreshments and kids’ activities will also be provided. Everyone is welcome!
