It’s not just protected bike lanes on the Waterfront – new tenants are moving there soon! ☕ Boon Boona Coffee, 🍷 Dossier and 🍦 Molly Moon’s are set to open storefronts along the revitalized Waterfront this summer: Ex-Seahawk's winery one of two new tenants for Waterfront Park cafe space – Puget Sound Business Journal.


“We are always busy in the summer, but local visitors are filling in the winter and shoulder seasons,” says Bob Donegan, board member of Seattle Historic Waterfront Association. The Waterfront broke attendance records in 2024, drawing over 7.5 million visitors: Seattle Waterfront Sets Attendance Record – Seattle Magazine.


Looking to try some different coffee shops in Seattle? ☕ Eater Seattle recently updated their list of “The Best Seattle Coffee Shops,” which includes these Downtown stops:

  • Café Vita at KEXP offers $1 coffee, but only if you get there before 8 a.m. An added bonus? You can enjoy your coffee while listening to KEXP and taking in a great view of the Space Needle.
  • Fulcrum Café is known as one of the best roasters in the city. Make sure to check out their signature seasonal offerings.
  • Monorail Espresso made history as the world’s first espresso cart and has since expanded into several Downtown locations. Though the cart is gone, the quality of their espresso continues to impress and delight coffee lovers.

Combining the fun of mini golf ⛳ with an extensive tap selection 🍺, Flatstick Pub’s Pioneer Square location creatively repurposes the historic foundations of the "Masin Block" building. It offers a vibrant space filled with activities designed for adults to unwind and enjoy: Pioneer Square’s Flatstick Pub shuffles along with Duffleboard – Seattle Times.


Friends of Little Sài Gòn launched the Phố Đẹp (Beautiful City) initiative in Seattle’s Little Saigon neighborhood. The goal is to improve neighborhood beauty and safety through increased development: Phố Đẹp initiative put in place for a safer Little Saigon – Northwest Asian Weekly.

💥Emerald City Comic Con 💥 brought thousands Downtown for the annual gathering of all things pop culture. Streets were filled with people in elaborate costumes, enjoying Downtown amenities and attractions: Emerald City Comic Con draws amazing characters to downtown Seattle – Seattle Times.

🥧 This Friday, March 14, we’re teaming up with Intentionalist, DSA, and Unico Properties to bring some delicious fun to Century Square in Downtown Seattle! 🧠 Pacific Science Center is hosting its second annual BrainFest 🧠 on March 15 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. This event offers engaging activities that allow patrons to learn more about the human brain, plus getting the unique opportunity to touch a real one.


📚 Seattle Central Library is opening its vault doors to let patrons explore their ZAPP Zine collection of over 30,000 zines, minicomics, and other small press periodicals. The free event is this Saturday, March 15, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.


The Seattle Art Museum is hosting Jimmy Danko all this month. Danko is known for infusing real elements into his multi-dimensional sculptural works of oil on wood.
