OPA is Moving!

Beginning December 16th, 2024, you can find us at the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Ave, 17th floor. We will not be able to accept walk-ins from now through December 13th, 2024. Please contact us at opa@seattle.gov or call (206) 684-8797 if you would like to make an appointment to speak with an investigator.
