Asian American bookstore mam's books opened in September, and owner Sokha Danh gives special credit to his parents, who surrounded him with books at a young age. They and Danh's siblings are all over the store in photos and videos "to show the Cambodian American experience," he said, "often times immigrants and refugees are painted as outsiders...I wanted to show folks that a lot of us are just kids."ย
