Talking about topics such as gender, race, sexual orientation, and class can raise anxiety for many people, and yet we must have the conversation in our organizations and our lives in order to be more inclusive and change the world for the better. What are the fears and common pitfalls that keep us from broaching courageous conversations? Join us for this 2-hour workshop to increase your practical skills for for navigating social justice conversations with courage and commitment.
This workshop is FREE for all eligible City of Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) staff and early learning partners in the Seattle Preschool Program (SPP), SPP Pathway, and Early Childhood Education Assistance Program (ECEAP).
