Who? All Washington residents over the age of 12 are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Minors require authorization from a parent or legal guardian in the registration process and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when receiving their vaccine.Â
What? City of Seattle vaccination hubs are currently administering Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. The Pfizer vaccine is for anyone 12 and older; the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are for people 18 and older. Vaccines are free, insurance is not required, and while presenting an ID card at the time of your appointment is recommended, it is not a requirement.
When & Where? The City of Seattle vaccination sites are available to residents without an appointment. All but the SoDo site will be shutting down over the next month as the city reaches vaccination goals.
