Seattleites have been participating in "Make a Joyful Noise," a way to celebrate the health care workers, grocery store clerks, supply chain specialists, janitors, and others working tirelessly on the front lines of the pandemic response.

It was part of a county-wide effort to show support for people working at King County medical facilities.
