Having access to reliable internet service is more important than ever before. Did you know there are programs that help qualifying low-income Seattle households access high-speed internet for around $10 a month? Through the City of Seattle’s partnerships with companies such as Comcast and Wave, Seattle IT is working to close the digital divide by helping bring internet access to more people. Get more information about low-cost internet here.

Also, Seattle IT’s Access for All internet program offers free high-speed internet connections and services to eligible non-profit organizations in Seattle. These free connections – currently at 249 sites across Seattle  – support the City’s digital equity efforts and ensure more residents have access to essential services and the technology skills necessary for employment, lifelong learning, civic engagement and cultural participation.
