Mayor Durkan Announces Creative Industries as Priority, Led by Office of Film + Music

At her budget presentation on 9/23, Mayor Durkan announced that the future of Seattle’s economic priorities will be led by film and music. “We must invest in and prioritize filmmaking, arts, music, and culture in Seattle.
