This week, the Office of Film + Music hosted two presentations for the film industry on the #SeattleSqueeze - Seattle's next few years of tough traffic conditions, starting with the viaduct closure on January 11 and lasting until 2024. CITY HOSTS OPIOD HARM REDUCATION TRAINING FOR CLUB OWNERS AND STAFF The Office of Film + Music, thanks in part to a partnership with Public Health – Seattle & King County, is supplying nightclubs with a lifesaving drug called Naloxone to use on people overdosing on opioids.

VIRTUAL REALITY DEMO EVENT IN RAINIER BEACH - The first-ever FutureFounders cohort, comprised mostly of South Seattle residents ages 18 to 24, will share their VR prototype of the Rainier Beach Food Innovation District at a demo event this Friday.
