Sand Sculpture Diversity & Inclusion 2020

The Sammamish Arts Commission dedicated this year's sand sculpture to those fighting for meaningful change towards equality and justice. As our country reels from the painful truths of historic racial inequity, internationally renowned local artist Sue McGrew helms the sculpture that responds to cries for justice. Come by to see how she maneuvered 16 tons of sand into Sammamish’s second annual sand sculpture (please wear face coverings and stay socially distanced).
