Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish City Council will hold a public hearing regarding a Site-Specific Land Use Map Amendment to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan.
SUMMARY OF AMENDMENTS: The City Council is considering a Site-Specific Land Use Map amendment to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment would change the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Map designation for parcel number 1241100042 from TC-E to TC-A.
HEARING SCHEDULE: Public testimony will be taken by the City Council on November 4, 2019 at a public hearing. The public hearing will be part of a special public meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM at the City of Sammamish City Hall, located at 801 228th Avenue SE, Sammamish.
