NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
September 19, 2019
6:30 P.M.
Sammamish City Hall

The City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a Site-Specific Land Use Map Amendment to the Sammamish Comprehensive Plan.

The proposed amendment would change the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Map designation for parcel number 1241100042 from TC-E to TC-A.

What's the difference?
- TC-E allows 1 dwelling unit per acre.
- TC-A allows 16 - 40 dwelling units per acre

Following their review and deliberations, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposal.

Public testimony will be taken by the Planning Commission on September 19, 2019 at a public hearing. The public hearing will be part of a regular public meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM at the City of Sammamish City Hall, located at 801 228th Avenue SE, Sammamish.
