In Observance of Memorial Day

We honor and give thanks for all those who have served and for those who continue to serve this great country. In observance of Memorial Day, city services and operations will be closed Monday, May 31.

Annual Comprehensive Plan

Review Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendments

The City is reviewing proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan submitted for consideration with the 2020-2021 Annual Docket. The community is invited to participate in upcoming public hearings:

•  General Wastewater Plan Update - May 26
•  Retail Marijuana Sales Zoning Expansion - June 9
•  Land Use Map Designation Change in Education Hill along Avondale Road - June 16
•  Affordable Commercial - June 30
•  Affordable Housing - June 30

Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance

Find Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance

If you, or someone you know, is behind on rent, the King County Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance Program may be able to help. Evictions, with limited exceptions, are banned in Washington through June 30. If you have questions or need legal advice, contact Housing Justice Project.

The City of Redmond is recruiting new volunteer members for the Arts and Culture Commission. There are two vacant positions open to individuals living within the Redmond city limits (98052). Interested individuals are encouraged to apply by June 4.
