On January 11, 2021, Governor Inslee signed a proclamation implementing the new “Healthy Washington – Roadmap to Recovery,” which allows regions of the state to open in phases as they meet specific metrics.

New Redmond Senior & Community Center Website
Follow along and give your input on the design process of a new Redmond Senior & Community Center building. A new website has been created to help the community stay up-to-date on the status of this exciting project. Visit to review design drawings, see project milestones, and participate in the process.
To best provide customers with access to businesses, and as part of the recommended implementation of the recent Downtown Parking Management Strategic Plan, changes to the Downtown Public Parking lot will be effective on February 1.
Payment by either the Pay-by-Phone or Call-to-Park app
Free parking for 0-2 hours, $1 per additional hour
Purchase of daily on-street parking permits are discontinued

The City is finalizing its first Housing Action Plan, which will provide a roadmap for meeting current and future housing needs in Redmond. View the draft plan and complete a questionnaire to provide feedback on the proposed strategies and actions to help us understand your values and priorities on this topic.
SR 520 will be closed in both directions between 148th Ave NE and NE 40th St overnight from 10 p.m. through 5 a.m. on January 19-24 for nighttime construction work on the Redmond Technology Station pedestrian bridge. Detours will be in place.
