2020 Redmond Lights

Help us make Redmond glow and show off your decorating skills! We invite all Redmond Residents to decorate your home to celebrate the winter season and share your creations with the community.

Once your display is complete, submit your entry online by December 18, 2020 and share any additional pictures with Redmond Parks and Recreation on Facebook with the tag #LetItGlowRedmond. Submit your best photo with your entry and vote for your favorite display on Facebook during the last two weeks of December!

RSC Demolition

Demolition was completed last month of the Redmond Senior Center (RSC) building, which closed in September 2019 due to structural damage.

The City has selected an architect to design a new Redmond Senior and Community Center, and the community will soon be asked to provide input on the design. Follow the project and learn more at

City of Redmond parks, trails, fields, and playgrounds are open for play but virus transmission in King County is increasing again at unsettling rates.

Please follow these guidelines to keep play spaces safe for all; stay home if sick, give yourself and others 6 feet of space, wear a face covering when distance cannot be maintained, and wash or sanitize hands before and after use.
