Redmond, WA – On April 26, 2018, City Council will
host another Neighborhood Conversation at the new Redmond Community Center
at Marymoor Village, located at 6505 176th Ave NE, Redmond, from 6:15 p.m. to
8:00 p.m. These forums are a casual and convenient way for residents to interact
with each other and their elected leaders. Each meeting is held in a different
part of the city, and they are open for residents to direct the topics—whether
it is a neighborhood issue or the vision for Redmond.
“We love
meeting our neighbors where they live and want to know what’s on your mind.
It’s our chance to answer questions or concerns and share the latest about
what’s going on around Redmond,” stated Council Vice-President, David Carson
This forum will be held in room
202 at the Redmond Community Center at Marymoor Village. Community members can
connect with their neighbors and elected leaders, learn about City projects,
and write down questions for Council or City staff. There will be a reception
at 6:15 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Council will answer
questions, discuss current projects in the neighborhood, and listen to ideas
and thoughts from the community.
This meeting is “kid-friendly,”
and light snacks will be provided.
