Cleveland St Temporarily Closed For Gas Line Repair

REDMOND, WA - Be advised that Cleveland Street in Redmond is currently CLOSED to both directions of vehicle traffic from Redmond Way to 161st Ave NE for a gas line repair. Road could be closed until 10am today.
Last night around 10:30 pm Redmond Fire Department responded to the area when a 2" gas line broke. Fire and Police ensured safety of the area until Public Works and PSE arrived.
PSE has been on-scene most of the night repairing the pipe. Gas levels were monitored, no evacuations were necessary and pedestrians are able to use the street.
