| Session context: April 2 is the cutoff by which time fiscal and transportation committees must pass bills that have already passed in the opposite house, except for bills considered necessary to implement the budget. Beginning April 5, bills will be heard on the respective floors of the House and Senate. As a result, few committee hearings will occur next week. |
