Session context: March 26 (today) is the cutoff by which time policy committees must pass bills that have already passed in the opposite house. The next cutoff is April 2, by which time fiscal and transportation committees must pass bills that have already passed in the opposite house. A small number of bills that are considered "necessary to implement the budget" are exempt from these cutoffs. |
