Listed below are the legislative committee activities the Partnership will be following during the week. Session context: March 9 was the cutoff by which time bills must pass out of their house of origin. Committees are now considering bills that have already passed in the opposite house, with the exception of a small number of bills that are considered "necessary to implement the budget" and have yet to pass either house. The next cutoff is March 26, by which time policy committees must pass bills that have already passed in the opposite house. |
