Presentation by Scott Redman, Science and Evaluation program director at the Partnership, Nathalie Hamel, Vital Signs reporting lead at the Partnership, Ron Thom, senior science advisor for the Partnership, and Elizabeth McManus, principal at Ross Strategic. Staff seek Leadership Council approval of proposed revisions to Puget Sound Vital Signs and indicators associated with statutory recovery goals for water quality, water quantity, habitats, and species and food webs. These revisions are part of establishing an overarching framework to identify and measure short-term, mid-term, and ultimate outcomes to understand whether Puget Sound is on a path towards recovery.
A presentation for discussion about the Partnership's accountability program. Presentation by Kari Stiles, adaptive systems and accountability program manager at the Partnership, Alex Mitchell, performance analyst at the Partnership, and Beihua Page, program evaluation analyst at the Partnership. The Partnership will provide a briefing to the Leadership Council on the focus and scope of the accountability program, progress to date to scoping the program, and the proposed approach for rolling out the accountability program over the next 18 months through two parallel efforts.
A presentation for discussion about 2021 legislative priorities. Presentation by Jeff Parsons, legislative policy director at the Partnership. The discussion will include a proposed process for enhanced Boards engagement as well as insights about possible policy priorities over the coming year.
