1.   HB 2505 - Extending the business and occupation tax exemption for amounts received as credits against contracts with or funds provided by the Bonneville power administration and used for low-income ratepayer assistance and weatherization.

2.   HB 2915 - Increasing the relevant taxes to fully fund the foundational public health services account.

Possible Executive Session:

1.   SHB 2541 - Creating the Washington rural development act.

2.   HB 2931 - Providing a sales and use tax exemption for labor and services rendered related to and tangible personal property incorporated in a qualified community multipurpose arts and events facility.
