Sound Partnership Ecosystem Coordination Board will meet August 24 in Edmonds
The Puget Sound Partnership’s Ecosystem Coordination Board
will meet Thursday, August 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Edmonds Center for
the Arts, 410 4th Ave N, Edmonds, 98020.
Meeting highlights include:
A presentation by representatives from the State Departments of Ecology and Health, detailing accomplishments of National Estuary Program funding to reduce pathogens, toxics and nutrients in Puget Sound over the past six years.
A presentation on the draft 2017 State of the Sound
report, which assesses the status of our efforts to protect and recover Puget
Sound.
