Changes are coming to the WINS login process! Starting fall 2026, all users will be required to have a free Microsoft account to access WINS.
Why are we making this change?

Washington Allocation and Commodity Entitlement System (W-ACES) goes live in August, replacing CNPweb as Washington’s food distribution management system.
Two training opportunities are available to guide sponsors through the steps to confirm their information and place September orders in W-ACES.
Register now and save the dates!
Register for Introduction to W-ACES for Primary Users
- In this virtual training, primary users will be able to review and confirm their information in W-ACES to complete the steps required before placing their first monthly order.
- This training is offered twice. If possible, sponsors should attend the August 4 session to prepare for the September order period, which opens August 5. Attending the August 4 session will also ensure sponsors are ready for the hands-on activities during the August 6 Confirming Your Monthly Orders in W-ACES session at School Meals Annual Training.
Date: August 4 & August 10 Time: 9–10 am
Register for School Meal Programs Annual Training
- The Confirming Your Monthly Orders in W-ACES session on August 6 will walk sponsors through the steps they need to take to confirm their September order in the new W-ACES system.
- Sponsors will need to activate their account and confirm their information in W-ACES before this session. Sponsors can complete these prerequisite steps during the August 4 Introduction to W-ACES for Primary Users session or by following the instructions that will be emailed in early August.
Date: August 6 Time: 1–2:15 pm
The W-ACES portal puts helpful resources front and center.
