Program Reminders:
When the order is delivered, you have two business days to receive that delivery. After three days, the receipt of delivery is past due, and you are no longer able to place orders for that site.

OSPI is hosting a USDA Foods show for School Meal programs sponsors. The food show will include education sessions relevant to USDA Foods and a tasting event to sample USDA Foods available to order.

W-Code Interest Survey
The School Year 2026–27 W-code Interest Survey allows you to express interest in which products to add to our Washington State product list. The W-code products are bulk USDA Foods that are sent to processors so they can be processed into end products (such as chicken nuggets). OSPI has named these further processed items W-code products.

Complete the 2026-27 W-code Interest Survey by October 17. Responses received after this date may not be considered.
Items with the highest interest will be included in the 2026–27 Pre-Order survey.
Interest Survey vs Pre-Order Survey
Interest Survey: Informs OSPI Child Nutrition Services which products you are interested in and if we should add items to our product list. If enough interest is expressed and we can order in the proper quantities, products will become available on the Pre-Order Survey.
Pre-Order Survey: After you let us know the items you are interested in, you must commit to ordering. The Pre-Order Survey is your commitment to how much and which items you plan on ordering in the upcoming school year.
