COVID-19 Student Survey Administration now open!

Administration of the COVID-19 Student Survey; Impacts and Implications on Student Learning and Well-Being has been happening throughout the state in the month of February.

This free, anonymous survey for students in grades 6 to 12, provides students the opportunity to share their thoughts, feelings and behaviors about school and life during the pandemic. It is a great way to measure student well-being and can provide great data points for grants and future funding.

It should take students 15 to 20 minutes to complete and schools will get their results from the survey in April.

The survey asks questions like:

In the past school year, how often have you felt a sense of belonging at your school?
Think back over this school year so far. How often did you try to do your very best work in school?
Does your teacher/school make it clear as to what it takes to get a certain grade?
During the past 12 month, have you felt depressed or sad MOST days, even if you felt OK sometimes?
What do you do to deal or cope with stress in your life?

You can find all the questions that are asked on the survey on the COVID-19 Student Survey website.

Schools can register now and get the survey link right away to share with their students. Schools have until February 28 to administer the survey to their students.
