Updated Transcript Developer User Guide Special Version COVID-19

Hello CEDARS District Administrator,

 

The Transcript Developer User Guide Special Version COVID-19, found on the OSPI High School Transcripts page has been updated.

 

The letter grades of “I” and “V”, added for courses taken in Spring 2020, were inadvertently not included in the Header section in our initial updates to the Special COVID-19 edition of the high school transcript.  The Header section of the transcript has been updated and the changes are now reflected in the Special COVID-19 User Guide posted online.

 

If possible, we encourage districts to include the letter grades of “I” and “V” in high school transcripts that include terms ending on or after March 17, 2020.
