USDA released COVID–19: Child Nutrition Response #6; Nationwide Waiver of Community Eligibility Provision Deadlines in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.
The waiver makes extensive changes to the date requirements for CEP. Many of the changes relate to OSPI’s reporting requirements, but two big changes impact LEAs directly, including new flexibility for the April 1st date for calculating Identified Student Percentage.
