ESSA Roadmap

The Roadmap to ESSA Submission

Between now and September, OSPI is going to be busy. Here are some of the key points along the way:

Late July: Superintendent Reykdal reviews and approves second draft of plan for release

August 7 - Sept 5: Second draft sent to Governor, and 30-day public comment period.

Sept 5 - 15: Final public comments are reviewed and integrated into plan.

Sept 18: Submission to the Department of Education.
