As we close another year of service, we want to take a moment to reflect on the collective work that has advanced supplier diversity across Washington state—and to express our sincere gratitude to the public partners who make this work possible. 

Supplier diversity is not just about participation—it is about access, fairness, and opportunity. Throughout the year, our certified minority-, women- community-based businesses have continued to demonstrate resilience, innovation, and leadership, often while navigating economic uncertainty and evolving procurement requirements.  

We also want to thank our agency partners and prime contractors who are working intentionally to expand equitable access to contracting opportunities and improve accountability in public spending.  

As we enter the holiday season, we encourage everyone to take time to rest, reflect, and reconnect in ways that are meaningful to you. This season reminds us that people are at the center of our work, and that sustainable systems require care—both for our businesses and for one another. 

Looking ahead, our team remains committed to strengthening supplier engagement, improving transparency and reporting, and ensuring that equity continues to guide how public dollars are spent. We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to continuing this work together in the new year.
