Feedback on this model policy is needed before being finalized.

Grant and RFP Opportunities
Building Communities Fund Grant (BCF): The Washington State Department of Commerce has opened the 2023-25 funding period for the BCF. Funds are awarded to Tribes and nonprofit community-based organizations to pay for eligible capital costs to acquire, construct or rehabilitate nonresidential community service centers. Applications are due by 5 pm Friday, August 5, 2022. The BCF team will host a free application workshop on Zoom to answer any questions 10 am to Noon, Wednesday, June 15. Register

Washington Future Fund RFP: A request for proposals (RFP) has been posted by the State Treasurer's office, seeking organizations with the expertise necessary study and gather data on inequities including racial wealth gaps in Washington and to examine how investment programs such as the new Washington Future Fund can impact inequities.
