Toolkit Update - Inclusion Plans
The final toolkit support session of our 12-month event series is taking place next week on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. Please join us for a lively discussion, and consider registering for additional Inclusion Planning workshops featured below in this newsletter. We hope to see you there!
Internal Process Support: Supplier Diversity is offering support to agencies that are interested in developing or revising standard work, or have a continuous improvement initiative planned or in progress. If you would like assistance in developing written procedures, checklists, process flow diagrams, or other process documents, please contact equitytoolkit@omwbe.wa.gov. Our goal is to connect with at least three agencies in 2022, but depending on the depth and complexity of requests, we hope to do more.
Coming Soon: Supplier Diversity is putting together an activity and goals calendar for 2022. In addition to the offer above to provide internal process consulting services, we will have more interactive workshops and engagement to encourage the use of tools for equity in public spending, as well as connecting with agency representatives to review aspirational goals.
