On 03/07/2023 at approximately 6pm, a vehicle traveling westbound on NE 24th Street collided with multiple trees and objects on the side of the roadway before colliding with the trees on the northwest corner of the 84th Avenue NE and NE 24th Street intersection. The two occupants inside the vehicle had significant injuries and were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Due to the collision initiating on the east side of 84th Avenue NE, the Clyde Hill Police Department is the primary investigating agency.

Both directions of 84th Avenue NE were closed from NE 20th Street to SR-520, and both directions of NE 24th Street were closed between 82nd Avenue NE and 86th Avenue NE while the Bellevue Fire Department tended to the occupants and the vehicle. All roads were reopened at approximately 10:15pm.

You will likely see debris, damage to foliage and damage to the power poles in the area. Please do not touch any area that is damaged.
