  • Health professionals using COVID-19 renewal deferral must renew by mail before Sept. 30. To avoid having their license expire, MDs and PAs that elected to defer their renewal must mail a check to the Department of Health (DOH) and cannot renew online. Learn more...
  • The WMC is still working to protect the public and license doctors and physician assistants. Despite being remote we are holding commission meetings, doing investigations and processing applications.   • Washington's Risk Assessment Dashboard continues to offer updates on statewide counts (updated at midnight). There are 71,705 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Washington state as of 8/24/20.

  • In Thurston County, where the WMC offices are located, there have been 875 cases of COVID-19 as of 8/24/20.
