 Power Up with Group Power
The Recreation Center's newest fitness program, Group Power® starts next week. Group Power is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!

Come spend a wild and wacky summer at Kamp Kookamunga! A place where you can make new friends and create lasting memories. Kamp is packed with awesome traditions like crazy counselors dressed in costumes and sensational skits performed live each Friday. Your weekly adventures will include theme related arts-n-crafts, silly songs, lake/pool swimming trips, goofy games and field trips to far off places, and let's not forget nature hikes that totally explore our 40 acre wooded park. Swim Registration Begins June 18
Summer is a great time to teach kids how to swim. The Lynnwood Swim School swim lessons begin June 22 - 25 with sessions running daily, twice a week and weekends.
To register, call the aquatics team to schedule a swim placement test at 425-670-5528. This free placement test ensures proper level placement and provides you with an access code for online registration. Be sure to check in at the front desk to set-up your online account so that you are all set for New Student swim registration which begins online at 12AM Tuesday, June 18 or by phone and in-person at the Recreation Center at 5:30am.
