204th St SW & College Place Improvements

204th St SW Progress of beginning to paved

July 2024 to October 2024 Progress

Students and staff of College Place Elementary and College Place Middle schools should be aware of construction signs and cones and follow flagger instructions when present.

November 1, 2024 thru November 15, 2024

  • Signs and traffic control devices are being installed.
  • Completing access ramps, including one ramp the parking lot of College Place Elementary
  • Completing sidewalks
  • Traffic islands on 208th St SW and on 76th Ave W will begin installation soon. Most of the work will be completed in the median and will have little effect on traffic flow.
  • The new signal poles for the intersection of 208th St SW and 76th Ave W are anticipated to be delivered in late November. The contractor is hoping to schedule the installation during the school district half days to reduce impact on school activities.
